We are delighted to be partnering with Anglia Ruskin University in 2023-24 to deliver our first Speak Out Challenge in East Anglia.
This Speak Out Challenge will support Year 10 students in selected schools in and around Peterborough and Cambridge to develop public speaking and communication skills, as well as building self-esteem and confidence.
Schools have been selected by Anglia Ruskin University with the aim of supporting students who might not routinely have access to extracurricular opportunities that develop cultural capital and raise attainment.
Schools will receive a free, one-day, expert-led workshop in public speaking and communication skills, and at least one student from each school is guaranteed a space in their closest live regional final, either in Peterborough or Cambridge.
We will work with up to 900 young people in East Anglia in 2023-24.
